CUSTOMER OBJECTIVE(S)
Inform citizens of CNS’s change of address
Since June 5, 2023, social security institutions and administrations (CNS, AEC, CMSS, CCSS, AAA) have moved into the new Cité de la sécurité sociale at 4, rue Mercier in Luxembourg-Gare, where they welcome policyholders. It replaces the old building in Hollerich. The new premises feature more welcoming counters and a 220-seat waiting room. Accessibility is improved by the proximity of the station and the provision of parking spaces for people with reduced mobility.
The campaign, conceived and deployed by the YOU agency, benefited from a substantial media plan, in print, TV, outdoor, radio and online. All that remained was for the campaign to be relayed on the ground for local communication with citizens.
Street marketing, and more specifically mobile billboards, lent itself perfectly to the task.
