CUSTOMER OBJECTIVE(S)

Strengthen WOLT reputation with the public and stimulate orders through the distribution of discount coupons.

As part of a field visibility campaign, WOLT engaged with consumers at several strategic locations in Luxembourg: Leclerc Grevenmacher, the Esch Stadium, and Pizza Hut. These high-traffic locations allowed them to reach a diverse audience and maximize opportunities for interaction with passersby.

For this event, two brand ambassadors accompanied by the mascot WOLT ensured a dynamic presence on the ground. The distribution of discount coupons introduced the brand’s delivery services while encouraging consumers to try the app.

Thanks to a user-friendly and interactive approach, this activation fostered numerous exchanges with the public, strengthened the connection with the brand and offered WOLT strong visibility in high-traffic areas.

The promoters approached passersby directly to present WOLT services and distribute discount coupons. This direct contact allowed for natural interactions and effectively raised public awareness of the brand’s offerings.

The WOLT mascot attracted the attention of visitors throughout the event. Much loved by families and children, it helped create a warm atmosphere and strengthen the brand’s positive image with the public.

The facilitators guided consumers through the world of WOLT, answering their questions and highlighting the service’s benefits. These interactions helped deepen understanding of the offering while fostering brand engagement.
