CUSTOMER OBJECTIVE(S)

Promotion of the major competition “Auto vum Joer 2026” and the chance to win the car of the year

For the major competition “Auto vum Joer 2026”, we had the pleasure of supporting Regie.lu in setting up a high-impact urban marketing campaign, designed to maximize visibility, engagement and the collection of qualified data.

Deployed over two days in areas with very high foot traffic , including Luxembourg Station and the Hamilius district, this street marketing action perfectly illustrates URBAN PUB’s expertise in field activation and local communication.

Our teams were tasked with engaging passersby, creating direct interaction with the public, and encouraging participation in the contest through a branded mobile campaign, including mobile displays, a custom tricycle, and interactive QR codes. Acting as true brand ambassadors on the ground, URBAN PUB staff provided entertainment, explained the campaign, distributed promotional prizes, and assisted participants throughout the experience.

This street marketing operation enabled Regie.lu to transform public space into an engaging medium, combining customer experience, lead generation and data collection, while strengthening the proximity between the brand and its audiences.

Passersby were invited to scan the QR code on the dual display to participate in the “Car of the Year 2026” competition. This simple action offered a chance to win the car of the year directly from their smartphone. The display blended seamlessly into the urban environment and encouraged immediate participation.

Like an outdoor event booth, this setup welcomed passersby with an activity dedicated to “Car of the Year.” Various prizes were distributed on-site, all stored in a specially equipped cargo tricycle. This mobile installation allowed for smooth and engaging interaction with the public in an urban setting.

A wheel of fortune was set up in the heart of the urban space, offering various prizes and experiences to be won. This fun activity captured the attention and generated enthusiasm among participants. The entire setup enhanced the interactive and festive atmosphere of the event, which centered around the automotive world.
