Promotion of the opening of the new My Auchan in Esch-Sur-Alzette

On September 12, Auchan marked a turning point by opening its very first “My Auchan” convenience supermarket in Esch-sur-Alzette, at 52 rue de l’Alzette. This new 400 m² space offers a wide range of more than 5,000 products: bakery with on-site baking, fresh fruits and vegetables, rotisserie, snacking, grocery, and practical services such as the lottery or a PackUp Post locker for easy parcel collection.

To celebrate this grand opening and attract locals, our promogirls and promoboys enlivened the streets of Esch with infectious energy, spreading the news with smiles and good humor. To maximize the impact of this street marketing campaign, a mobile display device was deployed, including tricycles and cargo bikes in the colors of Auchan.

An operation carried out in collaboration with Auchan Luxembourg and SMART Media & Digital, which generated a real buzz and boosted the city center’s activity.

Our promogirls and promoboys crisscrossed the streets of the city and distributed flyers to passers-by to announce the opening of this new point of sale.

The tricycle was perfect for this action. It was both practical for storing flyers and also a real communication medium because it was branded with the Auchan logo.

Visibility, mobility, originality, the mobile display towed by the tricycle was essential to communicate about the opening and create buzz!
