As part of the LOA Festival 2025 in Esch-sur-Alzette, one of the most anticipated electro events in Luxembourg, Urban Pub once again demonstrated its expertise in event street marketing by collaborating with Jägermeister, an iconic nightlife brand.

Our mission: to create a powerful brand activation at the heart of the festival, capable of capturing the attention of thousands of festival-goers. Thanks to a team of dynamic brand ambassadors, fully branded in Jägermeister colors, we orchestrated a tailor-made operation combining interactions, immersive animations, and the distribution of goodies. Between our light-up claw machines, the mobile bar of frosted shots, and a multitude of participatory games, our booth established itself as one of the must-see spots at LOA 2025.

This type of outdoor event, coupled with a warm and engaged human presence, strengthens brand awareness while creating a truly memorable customer experience. At Urban Pub, we believe in the power of direct engagement, smiles, and proximity to propel a brand to the top of public attention, particularly in high-traffic locations like festivals or shopping malls. A mission brilliantly accomplished for Jägermeister!

Inside the bar, our Jägerettes and Jägerboys served shots at -18°C, offering an intense sensory experience. This signature event made a lasting impression by combining extreme freshness and a festive spirit. Led by our fully branded ambassadors, this activation generated a strong flow of curious and enthusiastic visitors.

The two Jägermeister-branded claw machines sparked enthusiasm among festival-goers. Between exclusive goodies and a brightly lit ambiance, the interaction was a hit. A fun and effective activation at the heart of LOA 2025.
