CUSTOMER OBJECTIVE(S)

Promotion of the “Researchers’ Days” event

As part of the Researchers’ Days organized by the National Research Fund (FNR) from November 28 to 30, 2024 at the Rockhal in Esch/Belval, URBAN PUB was commissioned by LEMON Event Support to orchestrate an innovative street marketing campaign.

Our teams deployed a mobile display device that roamed the Belval area, ensuring optimal visibility of the scientific event. Inside the Rockhal and Belval Plaza, our hosts and hostesses, accompanied by an astronaut, wore digital backpacks that broadcast real-time information about the interactive workshops and conferences planned. This immersive approach generated significant interest, attracting a diverse audience and strengthening engagement with science.

We warmly thank LEMON Event Support for their trust, as well as 101Studios for their impactful graphic creations. This collaboration illustrates URBAN PUB’s expertise in experiential marketing and brand activation, positioning science at the heart of the Luxembourg community.

To maximise the impact of Researchers’ Days, Urban Pub deployed strategic outdoor communication supports. Thanks to a striking mobile display, we captured the attention of passers-by and increased the visibility of the event around the Rockhal.

Our ambassadors equipped with digital backpacks enabled a dynamic and immersive dissemination of key information. This mobile DOOH device ensured communication on the move, optimizing public engagement directly within the event.

The experience took on a spectacular dimension with the presence of an astronaut wandering through the event space. This captivating staging not only amazed the audience, but also reinforced the visual and experiential impact of the campaign.
