Integrate new arrivals with fun and original activities

On the occasion of the Big 4 Onboarding Days in Luxembourg, BNP Paribas wanted to make an impression on new arrivals with an original and engaging street marketing action.

The goal: to create a fun and memorable first contact with new arrivals, while strengthening the bank’s visibility and dynamic image in Luxembourg. To achieve this, we deployed a customized claw machine, installed in the heart of the Kirchberg district, a strategic location at the intersection of major corporate headquarters.

Participants were able to try their luck and win numerous exclusive prizes thanks to coupons hidden in the balls to be won. This interactive and participatory event attracted a wide audience, created connections, and generated positive discussions around the brand.

Thanks to this tailor-made street marketing activation, URBAN PUB helped strengthen the proximity between BNP Paribas and new collaborators in the sector, while illustrating the agency’s expertise in implementing field operations with a strong visual and emotional impact.

The introduction of the claw machine was a unique way to spark curiosity and encourage participation among newcomers. This type of activity increased brand visibility while creating a fun and memorable experience. The goal was to combine engagement and fun in an event setting.
