CUSTOMER OBJECTIVE(S)
Attracting and capturing the attention of visitors to the AXA stand through an immersive scenography inspired by Japanese culture
As part of its presence at the Autojumble trade show, AXA commissioned URBAN PUB to design an immersive and impactful activation for March 14th and 15th, 2026. The objective was to capture visitors’ attention and create a powerful experience around the stand. The design was based on a complete scenography inspired by Japan , featuring a custom-made Tori archway that added height and high visibility to the stand. Around this central element, the space was entirely decorated with Japanese doors and consistent visual elements, allowing visitors to be immersed in a world from the moment they arrived.
A custom-designed claw machine complemented the activation, offering a fun and accessible experience for everyone . This game sparked curiosity, encouraged participation, and created a direct link between the brand and visitors.
Thanks to its impactful presentation, the AXA booth generated consistent traffic throughout the two days, attracting numerous visitors and fostering interaction. The experience offered also left a positive and memorable impression on the attendees.
This activation illustrates the effectiveness of an immersive scenography combined with a simple game mechanic, making it possible to transform a stand into a truly engaging and differentiating experience.
