CUSTOMER OBJECTIVE(S)

Generate traffic while developing customer contact and data collection, through a fun and memorable experience.

URBAN PUB supported Eltrona in an immersive and dynamic on-site activation within GRIDX. Designed to capture visitors’ attention and generate strong engagement , this campaign was based on an original experiential device: the ball machine, allowing participants to try to catch as many balls as possible in a limited time.

This activity created a real focal point , attracting a steady stream of curious and enthusiastic participants, thanks in particular to the numerous attractive prizes to be won. The fun and competitive aspect of the event encouraged spontaneous interaction with Eltrona, while also extending the time visitors spent at the booth.

To participate in the game, visitors were invited to enter their information via a simple and quick device, allowing Eltrona to generate contacts while maintaining a smooth and engaging experience.

The URBAN PUB teams handled the entire operation: setting up the equipment, managing the entertainment, welcoming participants, explaining the rules of the game and energizing the stand.

Thanks to this simple, fast and impactful mechanism, Eltrona was able to strengthen its visibility, create a link with the public and make a lasting impression through an immersive and entertaining experience.

The ball machine is a fun and engaging activity. Its dynamic, blower-based mechanism immediately captures attention, encourages participation, and generates strong engagement around the booth, transforming the experience into an entertaining, immersive, and memorable moment.

The overall animation of the stand generated consistent traffic and numerous interactions with visitors. Thanks to a dynamic and friendly approach, the teams were able to capture attention, engage with the public, and create a direct link with the Eltrona brand, thus fostering engagement and a closer relationship.

A simple and non-intrusive data collection system was implemented to allow free participation in the game. This mechanism facilitated the creation of new qualified contacts for Eltrona, while seamlessly integrating into the user experience and fostering participant engagement.
