Promote the Auchan loyalty card and its benefits

To strengthen the awareness of its loyalty card and create a direct link with its customers, Auchan Luxembourg called on URBAN PUB. Our teams deployed a high-impact urban animation in the heart of Luxembourg City, combining visibility, proximity and engagement.

Through a personalized street marketing campaign, including a delivery tricycle decorated in Auchan colors, a double XXL display, and the distribution of goodies and flyers dedicated to the loyalty card, we were able to capture the attention of passersby while boosting the brand’s image. Our field promoters ensured an active and friendly presence, fostering positive interactions and a memorable customer experience.

This local communication action made it possible to combine visual impact, commercial animation and proximity to the consumer, confirming URBAN PUB’s know-how in the implementation of effective street marketing operations for brands in shopping malls or outdoors.

Promotional items and an informative flyer were distributed to showcase the benefits of the Auchan loyalty program. This outreach provided an opportunity to inform passersby while creating a friendly exchange. The goal was to strengthen community engagement and encourage membership in the program.

A visible and attractive display, featuring a three-wheeled bike and oversized signage, attracted the attention of passersby. Installed in a busy location, it helped promote the brand and pique curiosity. This type of activity ensures a strong and engaging presence on the site.

A QR code integrated into the communication materials provided immediate access to the registration form. This simple and quick solution was designed to facilitate the creation of the loyalty card directly from a smartphone. Digital technology thus becomes an effective lever for enhancing the customer experience.
