To raise awareness among visitors about recycling electrical and electronic devices while creating an interactive and memorable experience during Expat Day 2025.

During Expat Day 2025, held in the prestigious setting of Neumünster Abbey in Luxembourg, Urban Pub had the privilege of supporting Ecotrel asbl in an innovative and friendly awareness-raising mission. Specializing in street marketing and event operations in shopping malls and outdoors, our team designed a tailor-made animation to capture the attention of visitors and effectively convey the message of the circular economy and the recycling of electrical and electronic devices.

Our hostess, trained in reception and information, ensured direct and warm contact with the public, facilitating exchanges and making the teaching accessible to all. To reinforce the visual and memorable impact of the action, we installed a photo booth personalized with the colors of Ecotrel’s awareness campaign, allowing participants to leave with a unique and lasting souvenir. This device not only generated hundreds of smiles, but it also transformed each interaction into a moment of concrete engagement, placing interactive event communication at the service of environmental responsibility.

Thanks to this experiential marketing tool, Ecotrel was able to combine its image with a fun and impactful experience, demonstrating that raising environmental awareness can be educational, festive, and accessible. At Urban Pub, we believe that every street marketing initiative in Luxembourg helps strengthen the connection between brands, associations, and citizens by creating campaigns that leave a lasting impression.

Our Urban Pub hostess welcomed visitors with professionalism and friendliness in front of the Ecotrel-branded photo booth.
