Engage visitors around the world of motorcycles with an immersive experience!

For the Moto Season Start event organized by the ACL, AXA Assurances Luxembourg aimed to transform its presence into a true focal point , capable of capturing attention and creating a memorable experience for visitors. The objective was clear: to go beyond a traditional stand and offer a vibrant, immersive, and engaging space.The setup was designed as a true living space, where every element contributed to the overall experience . The customized coffee truck created a welcoming first point of contact, encouraging interaction with the public. The claw machine, meanwhile, added a playful and interactive dimension, inviting visitors to stop and participate.

The entire scenography entrance arch, lounge area, tents, and visual displays immersed visitors in a cohesive world reflecting the brand’s colors. This immersive approach enhanced the stand’s appeal, generated qualified traffic, and extended visitor dwell time. This activation perfectly illustrates the importance of creating impactful brand experiences: attracting, engaging, and leaving a lasting impression on visitors.

The overall design of the stand generated a steady flow of visitors. The combination of a welcoming space, interactive features, and a strong visual identity attracted attention and encouraged visitors to stop, explore, and interact.

The coffee truck and lounge area created a space for relaxation and sharing. This approach fosters direct contact with visitors, strengthens their connection with the brand, and makes the experience a pleasant and high-quality moment.
