Boost the visibility of the Livvy residence and attract qualified prospects.
As part of its field communication strategy, Urban Pub supported IKO Real Estate in a powerful street marketing campaign to promote the Livvy residence, a real estate development located in the heart of Howald City, in the immediate vicinity of the Cloche d’Or.
The main objective of this action was to increase the visibility of the Livvy project among passersby and potential buyers, by focusing on an impactful physical presence in areas with high pedestrian traffic. To this end, our team of professional hosts was mobilized for a targeted distribution of flyers and personalized water bottles, promoting direct and authentic engagement with local residents. We also deployed digital backpacks equipped with promotional videos and QR codes redirecting to the project’s dedicated page, as well as a mobile advertising tricycle, ensuring maximum visibility on the neighborhood’s main arteries.
